  Spent 48 minutes in the drive thru this evening!! Sat at the speaker for 3 minutes before I finally said, "hello" to which someone says, "order when you're ready". Seriously? I'm sitting, waiting to be greeted before I order and you're just sitting waiting for me to order?!? Then I drive to the window and rather the get my total, the young man just looks at me and says "hey." Through our exchange I say "thank you" 3 different times and all he is unresponsive to. I know this is not chickFila but simple you're welcome would be nice. No apology for the wait throughout the whole process. Ridiculous.
