  I moved here from Texas (im a civilian, not military.) I chose the town homes because that's what was available. Units are a bit old but mine had nice new carpet and all the appliances work great.
  
  The AC has a tough time cooling the upstairs; however my bill has never been crazy, even during the summer. I like to keep my place at 68 degrees.
  
  Kitchen is small but I'm living solo so I have no complaints there.
  
  In-unit washer and dryer were included and work as they should. They are very quiet.
  
  They were easy to work with via email so that I could sign a lease before moving here.
  
  Seems to be mostly military families and there is virtually no noise. I have never even heard my neighbors, but I may have just got a lucky location.
  
  Parking is plentiful and I've never had trouble getting a spot in front of my unit. There is plenty of guest parking in line of sight from my front door.
  
  The gym isn't really much of a gym (read: it's pointless) but the town homes are within walking/biking distance of both Workout Anytime and the YMCA (I still drive because im lazy, ironically.)
  
  I haven't been to the pool cause I don't have kids but it looks decent enough.
  
  They keep up with the landscaping and unlike the other reviews they've never been leaf blowing at odd times.
  
  Overall I am more than happy with my experience here!
