  !!!!!BEWARE!!!! **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** for any of your work if you need to have your vehicle in a timely manner, OR EVEN WHEN THEY TELL YOU IT WILL BE DONE!! I gave this company multiple chances to prove themselves and have been disapointed, mostly with the customer service. The work was good enough with a decent price but my truck was NEVER done on time, NOT ONCE, and they really didnt seem to care! Originally I took my husband's truck there and was told they would have it done in 2 days, once 2 days came I HAD TO CALL THEM, they did not call me, to find out it was not done, and they pushed me everyday telling me "tomorrow afternoon" for 2 WEEKS! All of that time not once did they call me to apologize or explain the situation. Needless to say the work was not done in the 2 weeks AT ALL. After endless begging from my deployed husband to take it back I did and i was assured it would be done when they said it would be done which was 2 days...again, no phone calls or apologies...I showed up when I was told it would be done and it wasnt even close! Finally, a week later it was done and when i showed up outraged to pick up my truck he charged me FULL PRICE!! And when I mentioned a discount for the the inconvenience and time issue that had happened to me FOR THE SECOND TIME the guy just looked at me and told me they already gave me a good price...ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So if your vehicle is a necessity for you and you depend on having it done and fixed when someone tells you it will be...DO NOT USE CAROLINA CUSTOMS because it will most certainly be late and you will be treated poorly for their mistakes. Just because your work is decent doesnt make up for lack of proper customer service, ESPECIALLY if you are going to continue to charge them full price! Because of that I will NEVER use this place again and i will tell everyone i know to go somewhere else.
